“I believe that our bodies are meant to move. We are designed to experience a wide range of movement and so we must take advantage of this by using it to our fullest. I look forward to provide you with a strong base to reach health and performance goals through tailored coaching with 360 Athlete.”
Chad is an all-inclusive coach who is equally comfortable coaching a 7 year-old stroke development junior, a full-time professional elite performance based athlete, or a senior adult swimmer looking to conquer their own individual swimming challenge.
His personal experience finds a close balance between his own racing and coaching others. Having completed over 20 marathon swims, competing internationally in swimming and water polo he leads by example and has a deep passion for developing a love for the sport within his athletes. By finding our own current levels of limitation, we can take active steps towards pushing our own boundaries.
