How many days a week will I be training?

It depends on how much time you can allocate to your training. We will be setting up your personalised schedule after you provide us with the information we need to fit it into your calendar. This can include training days as well as recovery days if we think that you need to take a rest.

What equipment do I need to perform my workouts?

Some workouts require gym equipment, while others may use only bodyweight. The equipment in each workout is chosen to help you gain the best results. If you don’t have access to a gym or piece of equipment we will work our way around it. We can also point you in the right direction to purchase certain equipment for home use. Note: we suggest a gym membership to get the best results from your program.

What should I do if I miss a workout?

If you miss a workout, we simply schedule it on a different day for you. You will see better results by following the full progressive training schedule.

Do I need a Smartphone to do my training?

Not necessarily. You have the option to print your workout and access your profile afterwards, to mark it off. However, we recommend using a mobile device to help guide you through every workout by providing you images, videos and instructions as well as rest timer, set and rep count and a note section enabling you to leave notes for your coach when having problems with an exercise, or the workout. What training program can I choose?

We will design your personalised schedule depending on your goal and tweak it according to the feedback we get from you when using 360 Athlete. Every athlete is different, so we work with you to get the best results for you. No generic programs – we work out the maximum amount of weight you can lift and adjust the numbers to your needs so you are prepared for any event you attend or goal you set.

What happens if I would like to change my training/goal?

If your goal changes, then we will amend your program accordingly. We want you to not only get the best results, but also to make the program enjoyable for you.

Should I consult a physician before use?

All athletes are advised to seek the advice of their physician or health practitioner before using 360athlete.com.au and any of its content or services. (Please refer to “Terms and Conditions of Use”)

I have just signed up and paid for the 6 month subscription, what happens now?

Your coach (either Anthony or Nils) will be in touch with you via email within 48 hours providing you with your login and password information and an introduction to getting started with 360 Athlete.

Can I cancel my subscription to 360 Athlete at any time?

Yes you can cancel your subscription at any time by giving 30 days notice.

Do I need to have access to a 100m pool?

The workouts will be adjusted to what is available. You can easily perform all workouts in any pool length, as well as in the open water (ocean). Let your coach know when filling in your training information after subscribing.

We are using a web based interactive platform to deliver our high quality programs. There is no extra cost and you have access around the globe, anywhere you are.

Keep control over your athletes training schedule from wherever you are. Create and update workouts accordingly. Receive feedback from your athletes after each session as well as the day after their training. Keep your athletes on track.

How can I sign up to 360 Coach?

After leaving your details in the contact form, our 360 Athlete coaches will get in touch with you. To ensure you get the best out of using 360 Coach for your athletes, a skype/phone call will be scheduled next.

Is there a limit on how many athletes I can train?

360 Coach will allow you to train as many athletes as you would like to train. The quality of training is important to us therefore we will support each coach with their athletes.

Can I upload my own exercises?

360 Coach will provide a database with over 700 exercises to choose from. New exercises will be uploaded on a monthly basis and can be requested by each coach.

Are there set programs I can use for my athletes?

360 Coach will provide programs to use with your athletes. These programs have shown great improvements in current athletes and are adjustable to any sport or event.

Does 360 offer any further education?

Webinars, Podcast and the Coaches groups will assist you in becoming a better coach. Connect with coaches from around the world and share your experience and knowledge to help each other grow and become better in what we do.
